ビーズ・サマースクール（Bede’s Summer School）より、2026年夏の渡航に関して、フライトの欠航・遅延や航空運賃の上昇などの不確実性を踏まえ、安心してご予約いただけるよう学校規約の緩和措置が発表されました。

ビーズ・サマースクールでは、夏のシーズンに向けて期待が高まる一方で、現在の渡航環境には不確実性があることを認識しています。私たちは、フライトの乱れや航空運賃の上昇の可能性を注視しており、皆さまとご家族がこの期間も安心して準備を進められるよう、十分なサポートを提供したいと考えています。

このような状況のなかでも安心してご検討またご準備いただけるよう、今夏のフライト欠航により渡航計画に直接影響を受ける生徒の皆さまを対象に、利用規約（Terms and Conditions）における柔軟性を強化した特別対応を導入することをお知らせいたします。

この期間における支援措置として、以下の3つの選択肢をご用意いたしました。

全額返金保証：フライト欠航により渡航できない場合、コース開始予定日の2日前（48時間前）までであれば、デポジットを含む支払い済みの費用を全額返金します。
到着日の変更（延期）オプション：フライト欠航により予定通り到着できない場合、コースの空き状況に応じて、同一コースの他の開始日、または他のコースへ追加料金なしで変更（延期）できます。
価格据え置きの延期：翌夏の2027年夏シーズンへの参加を延期することも選択できます。この場合、2026年の料金を据え置き、料金値上げがないことを保証します。

At Bede’s Summer School, we recognise that while excitement for the upcoming summer season is building, the current travel landscape presents unique uncertainties. We are closely monitoring the potential for flight disruptions and increasing airfares, and we want to ensure that you and your families feel fully supported during this time.

To provide peace of mind and help you navigate these challenges, we are announcing the introduction of enhanced flexibility to our Terms and Conditions for any student whose travel plans are directly impacted by flight cancellations this summer.

To best support your clients during this time, we are offering the following three options:

Full Refund Guarantee: We will provide a full refund of all fees paid (including the deposit) up to 48 hours before the scheduled course start date if a student is unable to travel due to a flight cancellation.
Option to defer Arrival Dates: If your students are unable to arrive as scheduled due to a flight cancellation, we will provide the option to defer your arrival date to any given weekday or course week in Summer 2026 at no additional charge, subject to availability.
Price-Protected Deferral: Families will also have the choice to defer their enrollment to the 2027 summer season. In doing so, we will guarantee and lock in our 2026 prices, protecting them against any future tuition increases.
